Welcome to InboxOS. By accessing or using our AI-powered email intelligence service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using InboxOS, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

InboxOS provides an AI-powered email intelligence platform that includes:

• Automatic email priority classification (High/Medium/Low)
• AI-generated reply drafts in multiple tones
• Multi-email provider aggregation
• Context-aware communication assistance

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

3. Account Terms

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms to use InboxOS.

3.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Providing accurate and complete information

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed securely by Waffo Pancake, our Merchant of Record. Legacy subscriptions created before September 2026 are processed by Creem, which also acts as our Merchant of Record for those accounts.

4.2 Free Tier

The Free plan is limited to 50 emails per day. We reserve the right to modify free tier limitations.

4.3 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the billing period. You can cancel anytime through your account settings.

4.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Changes will take effect at the next renewal date, and we will provide at least 30 days notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use InboxOS to:

• Send spam, unsolicited communications, or bulk email
• Process emails for illegal purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts
• Use bots, automation, or scraping without authorization
• Resell or redistribute the service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated reply drafts are provided for your reference only. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all AI-generated content before sending. InboxOS does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.

7. Intellectual Property

The service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and logos, is owned by InboxOS and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your email content.

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities.

9. Limitation of Liability

INBOXOS IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InboxOS and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms or your use of the service.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
